Chapter 17 - Snow in Latvia

Hi Again

This article about white paradise Latvia.

Now in Latvia, everywhere white. Because snow is here and I like snow.

And last friday we went to Dzivesprieks. Its like an orphanage house. But I like to go there. Because when I go there I feel very happy. Because I try to give some information them.

And, in that friday November 26, 2010, we woke up 6 am. Actually we went to sleep 5 am. And we just slept one hour. After than one and half hour we were in Kandava.

We started wait our spacial car for take us to Dzivesprieks. And car came very late. It that time, we started to play snow-fight. Its really amazing day for me. Because I didnt saw snow last 4 years. And I remembered to my childish. Because I was with important people for me.

I will remember that time. Because its very important for me. :))


Its funny chapter of day. When car was in snow we tried to push it :)

And in the way everywere was white. And Manuel said Its looking like a horror movie. And After than this sentence we started to laugh. Because he said we are going to light end of the way :) Yes , it can be movie but technologic one. Going to light with car. Maybe we can record movie next time :)

Chapter 15 - Couch Surfing

Hi Again

Now in Latvia weather is going to cold. We are waited snow :) now In riga everywhere snow. Its amazing.

Whatever. Weather is going to cold but I met a lot of people last Thursday. They were my guests. They were from Estonia and Lithuania. They are Evs volunteers from Spain, France , Sweden and Germany.

But they are very friendly people. And I didn't understand how time pass quickly with them. Really thank u for visit us

Chapter 14 - Latvian Opera

Hi

We went to Latvian Opera last saturday. And, it was amazing. Really i like to watch. But especially musics were wonderful. I felt like a I'm a performer.



Really I'm sure to I will go opera in Latvia at least once in month. Because when I watch opera, Im feeling more better than normal life, Im feeling happy, like a little bird.

I'm giving more information about performance.

We went to last thursday Candle Evening - Latvian Army 90th year celebration. And i like it

The year of the 90th anniversary of the Latvian Army culminated on 11 November, when 90 years had passed since the victory of the newly formed state's army over the Bermondt-Avalov troops. This victory made the freedom of Latvia believable; it opened a way to the full liberation of the state's territory. On Lacplesis Day, Latvia commemorated soldiers of the Freedom Fights who fought for the independence of Latvia. Torchlight processions, candle light in windows and at the commemoration places, a special tradition - lighting candles at the Riga Castle walls, where the Bermondt-Avalov troops were beaten.

In honour of the 90th anniversary of the Latvian Army and the 90th anniversary of the Bermontiade on 11 November, a memorial service for the fallen soldiers took place at the Dome Cathedral in Riga, as well as the flower laying ceremony at the Riga Brothers' Cemetery. Fallen soldiers were also commemorated by an event at the Monument to Colonel Oskars Kalpaks. There was also a military parade and the official changing of the Honour Guard at the Freedom Monument, as well as the official changing of the Honour Guard at Riga Castle. There was a commemoration event at Sudrabkalnins Monument to the fallen soldiers who had protected Riga in 1919 and a gathering of Youth Guards at the Monument to Colonel Oskars Kalpaks, as well as candles lighting up the Riga Castle walls in the darkness of night and the fact of being together, singing and the celebration tent at the 11 November Embankment.

Soldiers, national guards and youth guards participated in most of the Lacplesis Day events. The victory of the Latvian soldiers was based on courage, selflessness, duty and love - this is what Latvian Minister of Defence Imants Liegis and National Armed Forces Commander Major General Juris Maklakovs emphasised in their salutary address to the soldiers and national guards, military and civil employees and youth guards, when remembering the events of November 1919. They also emphasised the 90 years that symbolically joined the past and present this year: "90 years have passed since the decisive year of 1919 for Latvia - it is the time during which the country has experienced its growth and prosperity, a time that has brought tragic events, but that has nevertheless once again permitted the resurrection of our country and its army."

In their salutary address, both leaders of the defence field admitted that the year of the 90th anniversary of the Latvian Army was also significant because of wide and important defence field reforms. "In making decisions, especially those complicated and far from easy, everything possible has been done to retain the fighting abilities of the armed forces of our country, to fulfil the obligations against our country, as well as the allies, to motivate the best soldiers and specialists to continue their service. We truly hope that decisions made due to the complicated economical circumstances have not obscured the pride one has in being a part of the Latvian Armed Forces, the sense of fulfilment for that accomplished and for a job well done," Imants Liegis and Juris Maklakovs said in their salutary addresses.

About a friend.... yes .... the Conqueor.... eh few time I know this person... but its like to know him for a long time ....a thing that I felt since for the first time that I saw him in a place called Babite .... we were there for the onarrival training and I saw him face and definitely I said by myself "ok he is Turkish" :D EHEHEHEH .... and I guess ..... after that 4 days togheter we decided to see each others one more time in him home .... and there I felt the hospitality of the Conqueor.... friendly .... always with your best friend or maybe him girlfriend, the Camera :) ready to take immortal some istant of our life like a cat with silent he take the photo and go away..
The conqueor .... one month Im here .... and I can say that is the most important person that I knew in this time here like EVS.
and I hope that our distance will not damage our friendship.... sardinia is faar from Turkie.... but I know that the strong friendship broke any type of obstacle and I know that thanks to him I will be in Turkey. and I hope that you will be in Sardinia and remember I will be your guide. Lets always and forever in touch ;)

Chapter 10 - Crazy

I should write here more. Because When I start to writing here :) Im feeling very happy.

I think about my blog : its english version :) But my mother tongue isn`t English. Actually I have Turkish blog but I wrote there just one time :)

But Write here its amazing chance for me. And I can improve myself :)

Chapter 9 - Emotions

Hi Everyone

I like to write here. But I'm so confusing to what can i write here.


Now is autumn in Latvia and I like to autumn, I like to wind. Just start to walking in the wind and see to leaf falling down and flying. I think they are not die. Maybe they are going to their freedom. But their destiny wind. If wind want take away to leafs, Leafs are going away but if wind say stop everything going to stop for them.



But I cant be leaf. Because Its not my style. I cannot trust wind and I cant give myself to wind. OK ! Normally, Its looking so cool. But where is leafs emotions ?

If its my life I can go my way. Why someone take me away ? Why should I go ? In my life I wanted to choose my way. Sometimes I didn't. But Now I'm here, Its my decide, its my life.

Now is time 04.24 I don't know but I don't want to sleep. I want to write something.
But really I cant find to something write more :(

Next Time I will write something.
But its my important thing what people impressions about me :)
